Extreme Temperatures

The Coachella Valley is renowned for its hot and arid desert climate. Summers are typically very hot, with temperatures often exceeding 100°F (37.8°C), while winters are mild and pleasant, with daytime temperatures ranging from the 60s to 70s°F (15-26°C). Rainfall is scarce, and the region enjoys abundant sunshine throughout the year. The Coachella Valley can also experience high winds, particularly during spring, contributing to dust storms.

The importance of regular home watch visits cannot be overstated. The arid environment poses unique challenges to property maintenance and security, making proactive monitoring essential.  Regular inspections allow for early detection of potential issues such as leaks, cracks, or malfunctioning equipment, preventing small problems from escalating into costly repairs.
